This is the Sphynx Zodiac. Anyone that has owned a sphynx knows
they are a special creature in their own rite. They have minds
of their own, sit and think what they should do next and always but
always want your attention and love. Just living with my sphynx
and watching them all of the time, I decided to construct their horoscopes
through their birthday and how I see them. This is
just for the sphynx owners enjoyment.
Capricorn is symbolized by the
Goat. If you are lucky enough to have a Capricorn sphynx, then
you have the cake and the icing too. Your bald little babe
will be a little worker and motivation is his middle name.
Take him to the shows as he will become a Champion with his
determination even if he has to get it through his little tricks on
the judge as showing how loving and cuddly he can be or maybe a
little swat at the teaser just missing it and landing on the
Judge. Determination is another feature of your little
guy or gal. You will notice this great quality when you get
the treat he doesn't like and you keep finding them under foot
where he has placed them so you will find them squished under your
feet, but he is also practical so he will limit himself in how many
of the treats he will waste. You see there's is no need to
take unnecessary risks when you go to pick up that new baby, just
make sure he or she is a Capricorn Sphynx and you will have a born
Champion or one that was disqualified for acting up in the
ring. Determination that will sometimes make you want to pull
the hair out that he doesn't have or the practical little guy that
will lick himself regularly so you have no need to bathe him, being
he's determine that is not going to happen to him
anyway. Yes you will have a ambitious, strong and
wise little fellow that is smart enough to get himself out of
trouble. So if you have a Capricorn
Sphynx don't be cheap on the treats or you'll regret it.
Aquarius is symbolized by the Water Bearer. You possess a quick
intellect and an inventive mind keen on innovation and progressive
thought. This Sphynx is a rebel, but one who really needs a
pat on the head by that special person that he has
chosen. Your Aquarius Sphynx will have tons of his
feline friends, but he will still tend to curl up with that special
someone that he has picked out. He's not a all lets sleep
together type sphynx. No he will not get too intimate with any
one of his housemates except of course if he's a full male or female
then they will be very choosey in their partner and only want them
around for a one night stand. Don't plan for them to include
you in on their coming litter. They are only faithful to
theirs and that certain someone. So if you decide to get
yourself a Aquarius Sphynx and you have more than one, don't be
surprised if the others ones wake up with a scratch or two on their
little bare bodes. You and I will know who it was.
Pisces are the
compassionate dreamers of the Sphynx world. With these guys you
don't know where
the dream world end and reality begin. Piscean Sphynx are
in both at the same time. They are the Sphynx that stare
into space as if they see something there and meow to themselves when
no one else is around. Their imagination allows for a
highly intuitive and creative talent that they use with little
concern for their daily existence. Piscean Sphynx can
entertain themselves for hours doing who know what the a Sphynx
does. These are the Sphynx that look like they have
become addicted to the catnip plant. They are also
compassionate Sphynx that is committed to being a friend to those who
need them. Sometimes they are taken advantage by the Leos,
Capricorns and Libras of the Sphynx. They tend to follow the leader,
allowing others to do the thinking for them, which gets them in all
type of trouble. For example, when you find the water
dish turned over the Pisces Sphynx will come running when you ask who
did it, and it's all for a fellow housemate. When everyone
plays the game "Push the cat off the bed" Yes, it
will be the Pisces Sphynx that will find himself on the floor or
"lets take turns eating" Yes, it will be the Pisces
Sphynx that will be losing weight because when it's his turn to eat, they're
out of food. So if you have a thin fellow walking around and
everyone else is fat, check out his birthday.
ARIES
is the next best thing to a Leo. Proud is one of their main
points. If it's a Champion you want? Well if your Sphynx is an
Aries he will want to will it at all costs. They have a
tendency to act like a dynamo of energy when they set their mind on
achieving some goal. The most competitive
of all the signs. Action and achievement are important and
slow pokes that get in the way, watch out! TThey can sometimes act so quickly that they
later discover that they should have put in just a little more
thought before starting. Never fearful,
these warriors will fight to the finish. Never one to hold a
grudge, nasty one minute, love bugs the next. They put
everything out in the open. What you see is what you get with
these little bare butts. They are little protectors and
try to protect the ones they love from anything that comes
along. Unless of course they feel they want to
compete with you. Then you are in trouble. They love a good fight and
it might as well be with someone they like. Don't take offense, they
are just being their true self's and if they lay one on you, well,
that just means they care. They are a little on the hyper side
and will keeping you on your toes at all times. Selfishness, which sometimes
includes a need to control others, tarnishes their otherwise positive
and adventurous spirit. If you have
more than one Sphynx, well your Arian Sphynx will be the
leader. Be careful, for they may be the leaders of your house
too! If they become bored, watch out. They will hunt up an
adventure. Keep them busy, give them lots of toys and creative
competitive games to play. These guys love to play tug-of-war. Teach
them early in life who is boss otherwise you will be hiding from
them.
TAURUS the
warm-hearted Sphynx that loves the best that life has to
give. They are possessive of their possessions and if you
touch their stuff they will or will want to scratch your face
off. If they are playing happily with their mouse, Don't
touch it. If they haven't finished their food bowl, Don't touch
it. If they get up from a nap on their favorite pillow, Don't
touch it as it may set them off into a frenzy. If you
have visitors and they happened to pet him on the head, have them
leave through the back door as your Taurus Sphynx may think now
he owns them also. and you will have a battle on your hands getting
them out the door. This is what they think of you,
your are now one of their possessions. Stubborn is their
middle name. In fact, they are so stubborn that
once they've made up their mind about something, nothing short of a
nuclear bomb can change it. Taurus Sphynx will lavish their
loved ones emotions and attentions with purrs of approval and rubs on
the chin and will bring presents of bits of leftover food that he
didn't want or one of the other housemates toys that they think you
need until you have your bed loaded with kitty treats, old socks and
whatever else he can find as this shows his love to you. The
little Taurus Sphynx has a habit of over indulgence in what he likes,
such as food. He doesn't know when to stop eating as it is one
of his possessions. His favorite pillow as most of them will
become couch potatoes and not move from the spot until they become
part of the furniture. So now and then they might need a
shove. Just Don't Touch them.
GEMINI our
the active Sphynx of the zodiac. They are the little
communicators of all happenings around them. If anyone is
coming they will be sure to let you know first and just because they
are felines, don't think that they can't communicate and let you know
what they think. The are very vocal and can even be little
troublemakers. Your Gemini Sphynx might not be the one
causing the commotion, but they can be the reason for it, such as
causing the visiting pet to be uncomfortable around are little
Gemini. He knows what irritates their fellow pets and will do
whatever it takes to get the visitor barking, meowing or children
just screaming. Boredom is their most hated thought, so they
throw themselves into anything that will prevent them from becoming
bored. When you have
finally quieted them down, don't expect a quiet home. Now they will
be running around the house for the shear thrill of running. Don't
worry that they will run far, these guys are sprinters and will only
sprint in short bursts from room to room. They think they know
how to do everything they try right off the bat, but then when they
fall off the TV or fall of the cat tree then they show they always
don't know everything. Gemini
is like that guy, very independent and wants nothing to do with
cuddling. He will come to you when it is in his mind to be petted and
only the prescribed time. Whatever that is. Everything he does
changes as fast as he can run.
CANCER is
the home sign of the zodiac with full of emotions. Their
home and family comes first in their lives. This is the cat who
loves children and babies and especially babies of their
own. They will mother any thing or anyone they can. Get them lots of toys that are soft and cuddly.
If you don't have
children they will cuddle pillows or your leg for that matter as this
sign is known as the "stick like glue pet" that will follow
you from one room to another. They are very finicky about
who comes into their home. They will let you
know what they think of the invaders entering their home and to
them their approval is everything, so don't just plop a Cancer Sphynx
into your company's lap or they might get a big surprise when they
scurry off with all nails dug into your friend's lap. That
is one way of getting ride of unwanted guest. The Cancer Sphynx
are the ones you have to drag outside kicking and screaming to get
them fresh air or they would never leave the house. Travelers
they aren't. They have a natural empathy that causes them to worry too
much about everyone else's problems and feelings. They are highly
sensitive and tuned in to 'feelings' which is the making of a
good cat psychic or medium. They are sentimental and thoughtful, in
regards to their loved ones. Their moodiness causes them
to be on top of the world one moment and down in the pits the next.
They can become compulsive eaters and end up a huge round ball
of fat. They are like pack rats that don't want to throw
anything away. They will hide their toys, food, treats and
anything else that they decide they like. I have one that hides
my glasses, hair bands ect. And don't ever find their
hiding place as this would be the crime of the century to break up
treasure. It will be like parting a squirrel with his nuts, not
a pretty site.
LEO The king of the Jungle and and proud
of it. If you have a Leo Sphynx, you better be
ready to bow to the King or Queen. These little fellows love
themselves and are big admirers of themselves also, along with
tedious cleaning, washing and and licking so they look the part of
King. They are very big on being petted, admired and generally
treated like royalty. Ruled by the sun, these guys do best on bright sunny days.
They will demand attention and more attention and place them at the
center of all going ons in the home. If you don't place them
there they will make sure that they put themselves in the middle of
all everything going on and they better be included. Their
natural fun loving vitality is contagious and affects those around
them. They have a tendency to be interfering and bossy, even
pompous and need learn that their other housemates have needs also
if they are not the only Sphynx in the home. They are
enthusiastic and have a creative ability which must be
expressed. They do this in different ways, such as,
rearranging the knicknacks on the shelves or piling treasures that
they have found throughout the day, such things like, eye glasses,
hair bands, toys and anything else they think is theirs. They
are generous and warm-hearted and have a natural ability of
thinking they are always right, which they tend to push on others
whom they feel need some re-ordering in their lives. They feel they
know best and when this is challenged, tend to take it
personally. They want and demand only the best. So if a guest has the warmest
lap in town, they will end up there and no amount of persuading will
change their minds for they are a stubborn lot as well. They
make wonderful pets for people as long as they feel they are the
leaders. So if you would like a loving demanding and self
centered Sphynx who is always right, get yourself a Leo Sphynx.
It's just like having two husbands in the house instead of one.
